I was a witness today for a neighbor who was cited by another neighbor for their dog barking. In case you don’t know if a complainant feels one bark is excessive you can be taken to animal court in the state of Maryland. If it upsets their day to day living you will lose your case. Dogs have NO RIGHTS! The complainants have complained about everything from boats being to loud(they live on the water) to TV’S being to loud. The male compainant is threatening and rude with his words. None of this was of interest to the animal control court. We know from past experiences with him he is a bit off his rocker. I would really ask for any help you could give me in this ugly mess.
Sadly if its okay for him to try to take you guys to court than he can. And probably will. The oly thing I can think of is to make sure the court and lawyer know everything about this guy, the living on water and complaining about boats is a big one and will show he is offhis rocker. Good luck! Hopefullt nothing happens to the dogs.

i feel sorry for you. unfortunately i have no idea about a lawyer there. but as for moral support. well the way it sounds your neighbors are nuts. they need to be admitted or just move. how immature and irresponsible can some people be? how old are they? teenagers?

That is so wrong sueing some one for there dog barking. Tell your neighbor that dogs will be dogs and will bark! Also tell your neighbor this isn’t that big of a deal to take to court.
