My son was trying to obtain full custody of his son when half way through the court procedings she disappeared with the baby. I have been able to locate her as far as Flordia (from Ohio) she is collecting welfare there. I can not get an address or even a city on them. I have to pay alot of money to a private investagator. I do not have it. I am a full time student part-time employee. I really miss the little guy. She fled after she had charges droped from drug parifanelia to disorderly conduct. I suspect she was afraid that my son would bring that up in court. He would have, with good reason. I am afraid for him ,his health and safety because of the guy she took off with. If you have any ideas about how I could do this please help. I really do miss my grandbaby, We have not seen him in over a year now.

Have you called the police? Also, try Myspace, and Facebook. Many people have accounts with them, and you can find a lot of people on the internet that you couldn’t otherwise contact

If she has kidnapped her son then she is in very big trouble.
Have your son call the Attorney General in Florida you should be able to get the phone number through the white pages online and tell them what is going on we are talking child endangerment here.

I really sorry about your son situation and i know it must be really hard for you. I you are still lookong for a way to find them try USSearch.com or intelius.com and if those fail you should try anywho.com you can get anything about the person you are looking from property data to criminal background checks or just find out where she is and if the baby is ok and who is claiming him paternity wise.

First of all, she disobeyed the law by taking the child out of state without the father’s permission! The state police should be called, and ask the child to be put on a missing child hot line or Missing children web site. I would also call the State’s News Station and explain that you are trying to find this person and your Grandson. Your son would have to do this, as he is the only one with the authority. I would also call the Welfare department, they love to hear from the father’s of children receiving welfare, and tell them what has happened. She could be prosecuted for welfare fraud and I’m sure they would have no problem finding her address. Tell them you wish the police to pick up the child or call social services in the area. All this must be done by your son.
Hope this helps.
