Formula to calclulate effort needed to move a weight on two wheels up any incline with known % slope or degree

Seek inclusion of primary factors. Helpful in using boat ramps to launch and remove a boat from water, to determine number of people needed, safety, need for winch, need for motor assist, need for wheel stops, etc. Helpful in learning the effort saved in employing two wheels to any load. Assume bearings, friction, wheel flex, and slope surface are not impacts. Include variance for wheel size, changes in slope degree or % and load. Wheels at or near the balance point of load. Looking for a simple formula as opposed to inclusive of all or lesser factors.
Define equation symbols, increments and constants for use as: F = force in (what) pounds, etc. Also is theta the degree of rise or other? Give an example and result for shadow effort. Indicate omitted factors not included. Why is there no wheel diameter included?

When civilians go against the best interest for their own safety is government to blame?

Government is no more to blame for the LTTE atrocity than the US Government was for the Virginia Tech Massacre. These people have had repeated warnings that LTTE held areas are not a safe zone. They have repeatedly witnessed the LTTE shooting civilians, beating them with chains, dragging off children, stealing all food supplies etc.
“Accounts from refugees who fled the fighting by boat showed “wanton disregard” for civilians by both government forces and the Tamil Tigers, Human Rights Watch said in a statement today.” Sounds as after all the civilians that have been saved off the sea route who have expressed deep gratitude the Security Forces that it is wanton disregard of these people for their own safety to not disembark anywhere on the Jaffna peninsula, an area they seem to be very familiar with but breach security lines without any supplies in attempts to reach India.

To me the statement of these two young women shows the wanton disregard of these NGO/INGO fund stealers and what they do to our youth in the name of LTTE liberation.

Chandrasegaran is correct make sure that you do not give any of your money to him.
”Efforts to have deducted a day’s pay from innocent Tamil plantation workers to help people affected by war will only assist the government in its war against the Tamils,”
Definitely do not contribute to this effort because you are not Tamil and this is not your problem. All you Fernandos, Rodrigos, etc. are of Portuguse decent. You were left on island when the Portugese departed and were moved from Jaffna area to tea plantations by the British. You have land rights in Jaffna and it was the British and the Tamils that took away your Spanish and put the Tamils over you.
Tell the Pabraharakhans and Nadesans of the world that you do not need a Tamil identity just because you were forced to speak the Tamil language. Most of you that are Christian or Catholic are historically so because of your Mediterranean culture. Just as Pabraharakhan has triple taxed everyone he can get his hands on – these guys are trying to tax you in a worse way by keeping you under them.
Just as the Muslims are not Tamil for speaking the language either are you.
Let the Tamils deal with the Tamil problem, for as we are finding out daily, the people that are being held hostage and run from pillar to post are of all ethnicities. They are Sinhala, Burgher, Malay, Sindhi, Tamil. They have Mediterranean, Middle-Eastern, African, Omani and combinations of all of the above. The reality is that none of our ethnographic backgrounds approves of the LTTE or its splinter groups. Those people that have ethnic links to you do not approve of how the LTTE has tried to bundle you all as generic “Tamils”. Chandrasegeran knows its true for he has a family member that does genetic testing. If you are unsure of what you are in ethnic composition the one thing that is almost a certainty is that you are black – The Human Genome Project proved that is the characteristic link between most civilizations.

I would like the innocent estate workers to consider if they would approve of being “trained” by the LTTE like these young women whose suicide aunties and uncles are Tamil and live all over the south and rape, abuse and treat them so badly that they are completely brainwashed into harming themselves and others. If your ethnic composition is more than “Tamil” do you really want to be known as a Tamil when they are known for such heinous deeds? That is why that even though I have an ancestry of every group on the island including Tamil, I prefer to be known as a Sri Lankan – for that does not have the negative connotations of “Tamil” since the LTTE has completely destroyed the positive meaning of such in international society.

Now it seems that these same LTTE Tamils want to pass of as being Sinhala – please note the pictures of the suicide underpants.

People are really starting to wonder how when the rest of the world is busy trying to make ends meet how these “Tamils” are constantly destroying, defacing and demeaning the term Tamil by their very actions. You have to work and THOSE Tamils are either on welfare or stealing all the NGO/INGO money and not doing a lick of work.

Boating question about motors?

***Im giving better details on this
I want to put a trolling motor on a 12ft aluminum V-hull boat, that has foam in it for flotation I want to move at least 500lbs (which is below the maximum weight)It has a top rating of 10 h psize motor rating on it. I wonder what size trolling motor should i get or should i save money and get a larger hp outerboard size? Also if im over the age of 16 do i need to take boaters safety to operate or can i just “go”. I only fish on inland lakes with lots of wind breakage like trees on the shores. The winds do get breezy but not terribly bad. All info is greatly appreciated, as much as possible. Ive posted this before but the answer on the safety didn’t help much and i was kinda vague before.
Its just used for recreational fishing with family and friends. im not going out on any big lakes or in rough waters. I live in MI.
i know how to work a boat, ive done so before on someone else’s. I just need to know if im gonna get in trouble for operating on my OWN!!
all it takes to operate a boat is common sense on small inland lakes…

Question about NJ boat safety certificate?

I heard you need to posess a NJ boat safety certificate to operate ANY boat 12′ or longer. I was wondering if all of you have this already. And also do the park rangers check for this while you’re fishing? Any one had an encounter? Thanks.

How safe are cruises for kids? Can they fall off the boat? Is it safe to leave them in the kids activites? I have 7, and 8 yr old girls, We are looking at cruises, but I have very active kids and I have never been on a cruise, so I am worried about their safety. Any advice is welcome and appreciated.
