I need a website for getting my boater’s license/ safety course certificate for the state of Maine. I really need help with this because I am buying my second boat tomorrow but I’m only 15. It is a 130hp inboard engine. Am i allowed to drive the boat alone If I complete your recommended course? Is it legal or do I have to go to my state’s office. Thanks a lot, Jeff
